All our planning packages come with our basic Troubleshooting Coordination service. We will support you, your guests and your suppliers from morning until evening. If you would like additional support in the final weeks before your wedding day you may like to upgrade to our most popular service - our Essentials package where will assist you with finalising your timetable covering all aspects of your day and every detail you can think of.

Post Wedding Clear Up & Hire
Exclusive to Polhawn Fort clients we offer a Post Wedding Clear Up service! As the venue is hired as a self-catering establishment it means that it is down to the hirer to clear up from the evening before (after your caterer & bar suppliers have left). Our team arrive early to prepare the venue for you and your guests to wake up and reminisce from the day before without having to worry about what awaits you on the dance floor or kitchen!
We also have a hire list to help you save room in the car for your outfits!
