Event Planner & Coordinator
Hi I'm Gemma, a wedding (& Disney!) fanatic! I first started working at weddings when I was a teenager as a waitress in 2006. I attended University to become a Primary School Teacher working at weddings whenever I could between my training. I was able to experience many aspects of a wedding day whether it was as a photographer, a waitress, bar manager or a coordinator which left me with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for everything wedding! After graduation I knew that I wanted to be part of this beautiful industry and left teaching to go on a new adventure. I launched Planning Elegance in 2013 and haven't looked back since!
James Buss
Venue Specialist - Polhawn Fort
Hi I am James, sometimes know as Jim, and I have been working in the wedding industry since I was young. I took over as the logistics manager at Polhawn Fort 15+ years ago and have attended over 2000 weddings there! Gemma & I worked together for 5 years before we became a couple in 2012 and got married in 2014. I know Polhawn Fort like the back of my hand and can answer any questions relating to this venue.
